He was born with a brain condition called Alexithymia that makes it hard for him to feel emotions like fear or anger. 

This book is about friendship and empathy and it made my heart hurt while also making it happy. ❤️

I don’t want to give you too much information, because I didn’t know anything about this before reading it, and appreciated it more this way.
