When I see the “Read with Jenna”

emblem on a book cover then I know it’s gonna be a good one! Heartwood by Amity Grace didn’t disappoint!

This is a good one for everyone. Valerie, aka Sparrow, is on a journey hiking the Appalachian Trail when she mysteriously disappears. Searchers assume she has gotten lost or injured but that’s actually not the case. Her disappearance is a little more sinister and it’s going to take the dedication of a game warden and of an elderly unassuming arm chair detective to get to the bottom of this disappearance.
