What’s your favorite sweet treat?

I love bubble waffles and boba tea!  Happy Lemon is a cute spots that always has something yummy, but I would LOVE to visit Baby Cakes Bakery from this book!

Let me tell you, I adored Icing on the Murder by Valerie Burns (A Baker Street Mystery book 4) I read this as a standalone, and I will absolutely go back and read the other books.  

This is truly everything you want in a cozy mystery.  A fun story, a great set of characters and murder all set in a small town.  It was kind of refreshing for me, there wasn’t the typical love story and going back and forth with the two characters.  Maddy and Michael are already engaged and trying to plan the wedding of Maddy’s dreams.  

She runs her family’s bakery Baby Cakes Bakery and plan on joining a massive bridal expo, she can get exposure for the bakery AND enter to win some great prizes!

She isn’t expecting a murder at this happy event, or to become a suspect! Such a cute and fun story, I can’t wait to read the first 4 books!
