Mine’s reading. I read from the moment I get to my seat to the moment we touch down! So when @simonbooks gifted us The School For Good Mothers by Jessamine Chan, I snatched it up for my next plane ride!
This one has great reviews and I love a Read with Jenna book pick!
~Frida makes a horrendous mistake with her toddler daughter. She leaves her unattended and the police were called. Overworked, overstimulated, recently divorced, Frida just can’t catch a break. The state says she neglected and abandoned her small daughter and she is sentenced to what is essentially a prison for mothers. A place where mothers are sent to learn how to be mothers. Frida has to prove that she’s a good mother and has truly learned from her mistakes. But that comes at a cost…
Thank you again @simonbooks for gifting us this book!
