The Cabin On Souder Hill by Lonnie Busch was gifted to us by @tlcbooktours and is another great read for this month.
It has enough creepiness that I did not dare read it before bed. I gave myself plenty of daylight to get my reading in with this one!
It contains alternate universes, witchcraft and even a touch of murder. I really had to pay attention to the details with this one to try and figure out if the main character, Michelle, was crazy or if everyone around her was. The two alternate storylines are equally believable and I couldn’t wait to see which one was true reality...if that even exists.
*** anything with witchcraft, pentacles/pentagrams really freak me out. If these things don’t bother you then the creepy factor drops significantly!***
