This book kept me on the edge! I couldn’t figure out what the heck was happening and those are the best kinds of suspense books!
Mina is a successful romance author. Her husband and her have a fight and she takes off to go to her cottage for some space. Meanwhile her husband, Alex, can’t get ahold of her. He is certain that she is avoiding him. When he shows up to the cottage with a big bouquet of apology flowers, Mina is nowhere to be found and her wedding band is left behind.
The police aren’t taking his claim that she is missing very seriously so he takes it upon himself to investigate.
What he uncovers about her past is shocking and he is wondering if he really even knew his wife at all.
If you love a good suspense/thriller novel, you are going to enjoy this story! It’s a quick read that had my investigative mind at work the whole time! I am definitely looking forward to more books by @sfkosa!!!
