Tara is on the hunt trying to find her missing sister, Sophie. Tara is missing 6 months of her memory after a terrible fire took the life of her father, in which time, Sophie disappears. While trying to regain her memories, she finds herself in danger and fighting for her own life.
There are many twists and turns in this story. It definitely kept me guessing throughout. I feel the need to let readers know that there are also some disturbing passages detailing the sexual abuse of a young child. I felt like these details provide a needed background/explanation for the character development of Tara, even though they were extremely hard to read.
