Have you ever had afternoon or high tea?

This is not tea but one of my favorite cafes in Paris, Laduree.  Where they do serve tea with jam and bread! But their hot chocolate is delightful!

I am super excited to share Tea With Jam and Dread by Vicki Delany!  It’s the 6th and last book in the series Tea by the Sea Mysteries. I didn’t know when I read this that it was part of the series, but I kept thinking, ok I wish I knew a little more about everyone’s past!

After I finished this book, I looked it up and found that allll of the other books are on Kindle Unlimited, so you have to check them out!

When Lily’s grandmother Rose, wanted to go celebrate her former employer and friend’s one hundredth birthday, they had no idea the tea was going to be so piping hot!  

The grandkids are all bickering about what will happen to their family home and now hotel, Thornecroft Castle, when one of them suddenly dies, and Lily becomes a suspect!  However, she’s not going to take this sitting down and just hope things work themselves out.  She’s too intelligent for that, she decides to put her amateur sleuthing skills to work!

I absolutely adored this cozy mystery and I have already downloaded the other books onto my Kindle app!
