I do! There is something about this specific genre, I’m not even sure what it’s called, but it’s my favorite!  It mixes humor and a mystery with kind of a nutty main character. The only other books I’ve read like this are the Finlay Donovan series.

I was thoroughly entertained reading Bundle of Trouble by Diana Ograin.  A body is found in the San Francisco Bay, but Kate Connelly is busy giving birth, so she’s trying to stay focused, even though the authorities believe the body could be her brother in law.

After she has her sweet jelly bean, while trying to catch up on sleep and figure out her new breast pump, she is now determined to solve this mystery!  She is dreading going back to the corporate world,  and realizes she could be a decent detective, even if she forgets her phone, water bottle and any sort of self defense tool.

This was so much fun, I was so happy to find out this is a series and can’t wait to read more!

Thank you @dianaograinauthor for this gifted copy!

Bundle of Trouble is available on our Amazon storefront!
