Do you like gothic stories?

I haven’t read many, but I remember when I first read Dracula by Bram Stoker and I was instantly intrigued.

The Third Wife of Faraday house was a delightful read, it had the intensity of Jane Eyre, but also the lightness that at times reminded me of Anne of Green Gables.

When the first two wives of Faraday died during childbirth, Emeline wasn’t thrilled to be forced into this marriage with Captain Graves.  However, when she arrives to find the second wife isn’t actually dead, but her health is declining rapidly, she is even more disturbed.

Once she arrives, apparently waiting for the death of the second Mrs. Graves, strange and creepy things start happening.  She has no one she can trust, except possibly Mrs. Graves?

I didn’t put this book down once I started it!
