Do you like BTS or any other K-pop groups?

I’ve been obsessed with K-pop Demon Hunters lately!

The Meaning of Jungkook by Monica Kim, was super insightful to understanding the culture of K-pop but also why BTS has such an amazing fan base known as ARMY.  I knew BTS was an underdog group, but it was always just something I was aware of, I didn’t ever really understand what they went through or how hard they worked to become so popular, especially in the US.

I looked up several videos and replayed songs while I was reading so I could understand what the group was going through at different times.  Jungkook is a star, and I remember when Charlie Puth said he has perfect pitch, I was truly impressed.  I loved learning more about the youngest member of the group. But each member is really a star, and I enjoyed reading how they all love and support each other.

I really enjoyed one and I think you would too!
