Did you love Crazy Rich Asians??😍

I STILL love all of the books in that series and I adore the movie too! 

Was I excited when Penguin Randomhouse gifted us a copy of Sex and Vanity by Kevin Kwan?! YES!!!🥂

Ok I have been seeing mixed reviews about this book, and I totally get it!! It’s not the epic love story that Crazy Rich Asians was, and it was a little over the top with all of the extravagance, BUT I still loved it! 

This was funny, cute and quirky and these are all things I adore about a romcom. It also had this subtle growing love story that really worked for me. 💞

Lucie Churchill is torn with being half Asian and half Caucasian, her father’s side of the family has old school money and high expectations that she is always trying to live up to.  Her family certainly lives a fabulous life and I really enjoyed watching her find what really makes her happy!

@kevinkwanbooks is an auto buy for me, I hope you get a chance to read this, it’s a perfect summer book!☀️
