This is a sweet little mystery story perfect for the Christmas season! Hannah owns a bakery in a small town in Minnesota. One morning a man shows up extremely malnourished needing food. Hannah is surprised by his excellent manners and helpful spirit. While looking at real estate property with her mother a few days later, they come across the body of the same man! He is still alive but barely. He has no memory of who he is or how he was attacked. A group of townsfolk take it upon themselves to help him figure out who he is and what happened.

The town has a small town family feeling that you love to hear about during the holidays. The best part is that all throughout the book are delicious sounding recipes for all kinds of desserts! I am definitely going to be trying the Pineappple White Chocolate Bar Cookies this holiday season!
