It seems wrong for this day to be on a Tuesday!
This was the perfect spot to sit back and read a good book.
No Names to Be Given by Julie Brewer Daily is the perfect book to for a lazy day.
“In 1965, Sandy runs away from home to escape her mother’s abusive boyfriend. Becca falls in love with the wrong man. And Faith suffers a devastating attack.
Told from the three women’s perspectives, this mesmerizing story is based on actual experiences of women in the 1960s who found themselves pregnant but unmarried, pressured by family and society to make horrific decisions. How that inconceivable act changed women forever is the story of No Names to Be Given, a heartbreaking but uplifting novel of family and redemption.”
I loved that @juliadailyauthor had a similar story and was also adopted from a maternity home. She recently found her birth family through DNA tests, and since I’ve been on the same journey, this certainly feels dear to my heart.
No Names to Be Given published on August 3rd! and is available on our Amazon Storefront! Thank you @tlcbooktours and @juliadailyauthor for this gifted copy!
