I love the idea of being into fashion, but since I live in leggings, I can’t really say that I am. However, I do love watching movies and reading books about fashion!
The Kennedy Girl by Julia Bryan Thomas was a mixture of things that interest me! Historical fiction, fashion and our favorite place, Paris!
When Mia Walker is recruited from New York City to become a model for the House of Rousseau in 1960’s Paris, she’s overwhelmed by the amazing city, but quickly finds out this is even crazier than she expected.
She unknowingly gets wrapped up in espionage amidst the Cold War but doesn’t even know which side she’s helping. Unable to trust anyone and now unable to even go home, she has to quickly figure out what exactly is going on and who is on which side.
I felt like I was running around the streets of Paris with Mia and genuinely enjoyed this book!
