Down World is a young adult coming of age/sci fi story that once started I could not put down! I don’t usually like sci fi but this had such an interesting storyline that I truly enjoyed the entire book.
Marina’s brother was tragically killed a few years ago, circumstances changed in her life and she is forced to start a new school where things don’t seem quite right. What she finds herself confronting is the possibility that her brother has been alive all along...trapped in another dimension. As she dives head first into this new realm, she doesn’t realize that her actions will greatly alter the reality that she knows. What she does know is that she will stop at nothing to try and bring her brother back.
I highly recommend this book! Reading this was the perfect way to spend a lazy Saturday. It’s a quick and interesting read that did not disappoint!
