Is there something that you would like to improve about yourself?

I feel like I’m always a work in progress, there are always things I’m trying to improve. The Kindness Workbook, An Interactive Guide for Creating Compassion in Yourself and the World by Robin Raven is a great tool to get started!

There is something about this book that is very soothing to me. It almost feels very meditative to work through this. I love introduction: “Kindness can change the world and empower you to live a more joyful and fulfilling life.” I love that this book starts with learning how to be kind to yourself. I think it can be easier, sometimes, to be kind to others but to forget about yourself.

Alyssa was able to help me by posing for this photo but she didn’t get to use this book, after sifting through it, she already wants one too!
