Barbara O’Neal is quickly becoming a go-to author for me!

Maya is a newly recovering alcoholic near the end of her stay in rehab when she gets the devastating news that her estranged father has died. Her stepmother and sister are worried how this news will affect her sobriety. Her father, Augustus, was a fiercely loved man who left heartbreak in his wake. This story is really about the incredible women that Augustus had surrounded himself with and how they all thrived from his love and had to come together in order to heal from his death and the mistakes he made during his life.
