Ask Again, Yes by Mary Beth Keane is an engaging story of a family whose patriarch came from Ireland. Francis Gleeson came over from Ireland and decided to join the NYPD when he was just 22. This story follows his family throughout their lives. The story makes you wonder, can love conquer all? Can forgiveness be given freely or are some things unforgivable. How we are raised, does it have a lasting impact on our future lives and on those we love? I finished this book in one day! It grabbed my attention right from the get-go! I highly recommend this book and hope you give it a try! This is the first book I have read that was recommended by @jimmyfallon and he was spot on with this pick!
